How to Apply/Information & Deadlines


City Academy's Principal conducts the student and parent evaluations.

The process is as follows:

Academic Records
  • Parent requests student transcript history from current school be submitted to City Academy.

School Visit and Assessment Testing
  • As part of the interview process, your child will be scheduled to take an assessment test and will be required to spend at least one day in class at City Academy. This will help us analyze your child's academic skills and correct grade placement.
Notification of Acceptance
  • You will be notified by letter as to whether your child has been accepted.
  • Letters of decision will be mailed on Thursday, March 11, 2010.
  • If your child is accepted, you will have four weeks to accept or decline his or her space and make your $100.00 non-refundable deposit.
