There is no residency requirement to apply to or attend City Academy. We seek students who are motivated and families who are committed to participating in the life of the school and the education of their children.
City Academy's admission process is very thorough and evaluates students as well as families. Throughout the process, these factors are considered:
- Parental commitment to participate in the life of the school--minimum 20 hours of volunteer time every year
- Student enthusiasm for learning through discovery and exploration
- Student potential for good behavior, leadership, citizenship and scholarship
- Student demonstrates academic, social and emotional readiness to meet the demands of an academically rigorous program
Extended Care Before and after care are offered to families who seek supervision for their children before and after school.
